Service tax as applicable from time to time will be charged extra

The Charges for the shipment must be paid by way of Account Payee Cheques / DD / Cash. Incase of default the CFS can exercise lien on Cargoes of the CHA concerned.

For movement of Export Containers--to Terminal, the CFS must be given minimum 48 hours time after completion of entire stuffing / complying all necessary customs formalities & issuance of F - 13 by the shipping lines etc., CFS's are not liable to pay any shut out, direct loading and storage charges levied by VCTPL.

For lot of 10 ctnrs and above CFS requires sufficient time for destuffing, particularly for Bulk & Machinery cargoes.

All CHA's are required to inform well in advance regarding nature of cargo being handled at CFS like scrap and other bulk cargoes.

CTC or any other Charges from Terminal / Shipping line will not be on account of CFS.
